How do you spell RELAX?

So, really. How do you do it? Lately I'm stuck "on". The light is only green. I once had a 1976 Plymouth Volare' that wouldn't quit when I turned off the key. The engine would act like it would turn off, get all quiet and then start up again! If you remember those old cars, you know what I mean. If you don't well, it can be pretty freaky. My dad said the car would "diesel". Well, that old car and I have something in common. I can't turn off. The molecules of my grey matter are always mulling around. Whether it is a silly song like "Rudolph..." or I'm solving the world's problems, it can go for days (and nights) at a time with very little downtime. Well, now it is still going, only at a slower speed. So, what do you do to turn off your head? What have you found helpful to you? Honey says to just "go away". Where?
